where canada go russia because Russia can only build 2 units per round for the Far East.

Hi Raging-Thunder. Welcome to the site. I would suggest downloading "World War II Global". Simon33 added Canada to it so you can use that as a general outline. Also dl "Pact of Steel 2". It basically has all the info you need to mod a map.

In case you're not familiar with it, open the zip in your "downloaded maps" folder and keep opening until you see "map". Open that and you'll get "games". That will take you to the game xml which is where you modify it.

It'll probably take a while to get the hang of it, but as long as you're patient, you'll figure it out. Just ask if you get stuck.
