<![CDATA[Victory Cities not appearing on Players tab]]>I am adding victory cities to an existing mod. For someone reason, the cities held are not appearing on the players tab.NWO Variant - Neutrals Unassigned.xml I have added them to this mod in the way I added them to many other mods without problem. Does anyone see a problem with the XML?
