<p dir="auto">activates the Army. Swap the Blue dot one with it. You don't have to use the Boxes. Pnzr Armies are simplistic as they're all the same other than the PG.</p>
<p dir="auto">The start of Game Notes explains all of the dudes who activate what. I will add PG there as well. Right now it's just under the PG notes.</p>
<p dir="auto">Remember when in battle to kill the PG3 if the Army will disband. Otherwise he'll keep giving his bonus. You can use edit to swap him back in if needed at start of ncm.</p>

wouldn't really work for JPN, technically it could and i have seen it rarely but in tandem with ANZAC or UK if in Atlantic or Med, a Bmbr and Sub comes in behind and whacks the Trprt so it can't get away.</p>
<p dir="auto">A few Subs and a Hvy Bmbr or two would sink any pesky Trprt. Oh that's right, ANZC doesn't get Heavies.</p>

So I reviewed the OOB rulebook and understand that the UK attack on Japan triggered a state of war with ANZAC also.  I also understand that transports alone do not hinder shore bombardment.
