bayder (Axis +9) defeated panpal (Allies) by surrender in round 11. The game was played mostly PBEM, with a few turns online. The file is attached (please note that in UK1, panpal had file issues and had to recreate the combat based on the MARTI dice results, hence the strange edits.)

Thanks, again, to panpal for a very fun, challenging, and cordial game. And big thanks to Deltium for running yet another excellent tournament. Looking forward to the next one!

bayder (Allies) defeats QuarterMaster (Axis +9) in round 9 in a game played 2/3 pbem and 1/3 online. Axis built up two fleets early...one in Baltic, one in Med. This hampered the Allies early movement, but they soon built up enough fleet and air to crush both. That left Germany weak on the ground, while Russian had grown powerful and pushed to EEur. Japan tried to get going, but Russia was too strong and was able to hold them off. The Axis also suffered from poor luck in the early going, which compounded their problems. Thanks to QM for the fast and fun game!

bayder (Axis +10) defeated Mogulrunnin (Allies) in round 12 in a PBEM game. Allies started out with a successful mini-KJF effort, limiting Japan's growth early. UK shuttled troops for 2 rounds to Africa, which allowed Allies to eventually force Axis out of Egypt. But by doing so, Germany was able to lock up Europe and grow very big very quickly. USA suffered 2 significant fleet losses at the hands of Japan's navy and air force, and this turned the tide. Germany got in Cauc, and in round 12 gambled and won on an 82% chance for Moscow. UK could have retaken, but Japan was in position to take again permanently. This sealed the game. Thanks to Mogulrunnin for a fast, fun, and cordial game!

bayder (Axis) defeats @nardwagg (Allies) by surrender in round 16 in a game played mostly pbem, with a few online turns as well. This was an intense and crazy game, with Moscow falling and Berlin immediately after. Also several big, critical naval battles defined this one. Nardawgg is a great player and friendly sportsman, and this one could easily have gone either way. I really enjoyed playing with you Nar, and hope to do it again soon. Cheers! -bayder

bayder (Axis) defeats Shmod (Allies) by surrender in round 4. A lucky AA shot for Axis spelled doom for the Allied holding in Egy, and the Allied generals decided to surrender after their African base was wiped out. This was an intense, crazy game that seemed like it went much longer than 4 rounds. Thanks to Shmod for the great game, he's a dangerous opponent!

      Current Rules:
NEW RULES WILL BE ADDED FOR FIGHTERS AS CARGO!
With the release of 2.0 coming we will not be adding an engine change for the tocs. Simply stated which I am sure @panther can elaborate here. Allied fighters will be considered cargo on another allies Carrier. THEY DO NOT HAVE TO ATTACK! When for example a placement has allowed a magical fleet to suddenly appear. They can remain as cargo. Of course the allied fleet in question will have to do something on their turn. Sadly the engine does not allow this and forces them to attack. Thus a player can move them in combat anywhere and return them in non combat to land on the same ac. EVEN though this is against the rulebook about having to have combat etc. Yes they can be edited off and returned but it would be better if people just use common sense and avoid having to use the editor and the questions that might arise.... this link has some more info
      https://forums.triplea-game.org/post/35488

THE RULE! AS PER @Panther and @Cernel
Since all fighters on any carriers are considered cargo, at the start of the turn and until they launch, cannot launch after the carrier moves and you are never obliged to launch any fighters from any carriers (unless you want them to engage in combat):
Any fighters owned by the turn power that are cargo on allied carriers in hostile sea zones can stay in the same zones without attacking anything for the whole Combat Move and Conduct Combat phases. If they do so, they can still launch, move and land, if wanted, during the subsequent Non Combat Move phase.
Any fighters owned by the turn power that are cargo on carriers owned by the turn power, as well, can remain cargo to their carriers for the whole Combat Move and Conduct Combat phases (thus not attacking anything, no matter what the carrier does, and being removed if the carrier is taken as casualty). Then, if the carrier didn't move, during the Combat Move phase, nor retreated, during the Conduct Combat phase, they can still launch, move and land, if wanted, during the subsequent Non Combat Move phase. In any case, fighters must remain cargo for the whole turn, if not launched before the carrier, they are cargo of, moves.
As the current TripleA program (incorrectly, for this game) always forces you to launch all your fighters, please be sure to enable edit mode and remove any fighters you want to keep as cargo (especially any fighters on allied carriers inside hostile sea zones you want to keep inside the same zones without attacking anything). Any such fighters you remove will be considered being cargo, during both the Combat Move and the Conduct Combat phases. Then, as long as the carriers, they are cargo of, have not been removed, still with edit mode, add them back, into the same sea zones as the carriers they are cargo of, during the subsequent Non Combat Move phase (if the carrier already moved or retreated, be sure not to move the fighters on it, that you just added back) (edit mode doesn't allow adding fighters back as cargo, so you will have to wait them landing, to be assigned to any carriers).
In case any doubts might arise about what is cargo of what, upon removing or adding any fighters, be sure to make it clear (by immediately notifying your opponent and at least one tournament organizer of your choice).

bayder (Allies) defeats panpal (Axis) in round 21 when Axis was facing a certain fall of Berlin, while Moscow would hold at least another round or two. This was a very tight, challenging game that hinged on a few key battles in which the dice held up for Allies. Panpal's creative and calculated play forced my Allies to seek some unconventional moves and some gambles. The USA16 naval/air attack on the Axis fleet off the Italian coast was a pivotal one...with a 77% chance, it could have easily gone south and put Allies in a dire situation. As always, panpal is top notch in terms of sportsmanship. Thanks for the game, pan! --bayder

bayder (Axis) "defeats" hammond (Allies) in round 14. I use a quoted "defeats" because in reality, this game was still very close when hammond decided to surrender. Axis had fought back from the brink of disaster, to turn the game into what I considered a virtual deadlock.
Axis started out with horrible luck to put them in dire straits in both Europe and Africa.
In desperation, Axis made some risky moves later in the game, and the dice came through and got them back into a better position. Hammond is a much tougher opponent than he ever gives himself credit for, and one of the all around best guys in the community!
