      hey players,

      today epinikions allies defeated nardwaggs axis in 11 exciting rounds. The bid was 8 and fully placed in africa. Japan went a direct line with ics in kwantung, manchuria and fic to pressure the russian east while japans fleet cleared pacific fast. Germany was under pressure all game and defended aggressive to all directions. The dice was clearly on allies side killed 3 bomber by aa and several axis figthers by transports/aa`s. The allies managed to destroy german stacks in west europe twice, so germany was surrounded by enemies when japs heavy arm stack was blocked in sinkiang.
      Thank you nardwagg for a good tournament game with excellent game speed and good luck for the rest of the tournament.

      hey, again thx for all your work for this beautiful map. I make some noise in the lobby for the map since 2 weeks. more players starting games now.
      i have 3 points rigth now:

      1st) Is it good to let non-mountain units be produced at a mountain? i wonder if its meant this way. E.G. mordor can produce catapult in Durthang

      2nd) i think antiairfire all rounds weakens air a lot. When you attack bigger stacks with antiairunits your air better stays at home. I think antiair should be weaker in hit points or dont fire every round.

      3rd) there are some differences between the description of a unit and the real ability. E.G. dwarven axethrower..notes say 2/3/3
      battlecalc says in a non effect ter. attack is 6. May be i missunderstood, still learning...

      hey alkexr,

      my first evaluation of balance is: evil is way to strong

      1. no problem to take early rihan and arnor city
      2. no problem to take early osgiliath.

      so the momentum is clearly on evils side. easy to balance tuv early with better momentum and growing income. i guess you should do something for the good side:
      a) give some more units around osgiliath to gondor and some more units to rohan
      b) make few good units stronger.

      a or b or even c. di somethng for the good 🙂

      hi, i don`t have all files and probably some of them are not the files from the finish of the game. I add for you, what i found. They are live played in a relatively high speed so probably you ll find mistakes. That doesnt change our conclusion. Problem of evil is that angmar falls and then north is free to pressure moria and saruman, while rhun and mordor and harad usually go strong but not fast enough. high elves go for eagles and later in the game there will be a circle of 5 terrs radius in all direction around the eagle stack as a deadzone for evil. thats too much.

      epinikions axis (+9) won today versus bayders allies. The story of the game would have been very interesting to tell (e.g. 14 fighters and the bomber known as the royal air force), but the dices went all in axis direction. Uncounted bombing raids by axis against allies factories, but the allies aa fire missed the axis bombers again and again.

      Epinikion (axis +9) defeats Barca (allies) by surrender in uk5. A very entertaining pacific attack including an uk factory in india r1 allowed usa taking East Indies very early (r2). While japs where under high pressure germany started a very strong attack towards caucasus and went for adventures vs allies pacific fleet including taking brasil. Thank you Barca for the nice game!

      Hey players,

      today epinikion (axis) surrendered to baxter (allies) and baxter to epinikion :). In fact we are both impressed by opponents gameplay and our game isnt over at all. It`s an endgame when japan with complete asia, moscow and east of europe while allies are in pacific, africa and last not least in berlin.
      The game should be fun to watch.

      hi all
      epinikion (allies) won vs nardawgg (axis +9). It was a wild battle. axis attacked early in algeria, killing usa fig and bomber, but loosing soon control and income in africa. Later axis allowed an usa landing in south europe. Add good dices for the allies in the small trading battles and allies won the game. Thanks nardawgg for good game and fair play.
