I'm brand new to TripleA and have enjoyed playing around in games against the AI, trying to get accustomed to things (and re-accustomed to the Axis & Allies type games, as I haven't played in years until recently). I was playing a game against the AI on the WWII v.5 map and on my first turn as Japan I attacked Hawaii in the "Pearl Harbor lite" attack, using the fighter from Japan that will have no more moves. I always select this as the first of any casualties in the battle, but when I went to select a casualty all I could see to do was generically select one of the two fighters and every time I've done this it selects the fighter that still has movement...so essentially I end up losing both fighters unless I move the carrier over and expose it to destruction.
So...my question is, am I overlooking a way to select the specific fighter as a casualty? Thanks for any help on this.
