@Cernel I will try to make sure the unit art clashes as little as possible. I think I may have a solution for the naval unit art. My main problem is with the siege unit art, which I might have to keep unless I find a solution.
My main problem with the original unit art is that it was so drab. I feel that good unit art is important to make a map popular.
I just wanted to note that from what I have seen the moderators and admins of the TripleA forum are very tolerant. I have been in communities where poking fun at a staff member's username once is grounds for a temporary ban.
So congrats to the entire TripleA Forum staff for being patient.
Now I think it is time to get the conversation back on topic. I really like the halos Hepps created and I think they would be very useful in-game. I had major problems with the Total World War map because I was playing a game with twice the normal units and I was getting lost with movements.
@Cernel I already submitted for bug reports today, including this one. I was just commenting to give some feedback and mention a notable bug.
I'll keep beta testing.
Okay, so I am pretty much done with the infantry/cavalry unit art. However, only the Greyjoy units have been properly scaled, and I will scale the others later.
Here are the units for each power. I am listing based on the pictures I just showed.
NOTE: Each power (except neutral) has three unique units.

Once it is released, I'll probably try controlling all 8 factions before trying the AI. I tried playing all factions in Dragon War and it was fun to see which faction had the best positioning.
I'd be interested in participating in a tournament.
The base unit art is from units in Battle of Wesnoth, but I have modified them to fit the chosen powers.

@Frostion But, I do really like your map. I think it is the best tripleA map so far, both graphically and in terms of units. You did a really great job!
The only thing that could be improved is reducing the filesize like LaFayette mentioned, which would avoid game engine crashes and improve running.

Yeah, it would be illogical for a hero to fly in a hot air balloon with an entire army.
When you mentioned that you couldn't get past round 7 without the map crashing, did you mean using the AI or without AI? As I don't plan on really using the AI, I don't mind if it is still buggy. Your maps are so cool that I love just controlling all the factions.
@Frostion I was just wondering, is there a reason why some units have a plural name even though they are a single unit? For example, shouldn't the Footmen unit be spelled Footman?
It doesn't change much, but I just wanted to point out a potential typo.
