world at war with red dot units

any help greatly appreciated on this guy. Are there any mods or ways to adjust unit prices or attributes? Also any way to adjust who gets what red dot units?

@AldoRain69 you can edit the xml file. You would unzip the map folder, and find the xml in the games sub folder. Then you can use a text editor to change it. I use notepad++ because it shows formatting to make it easier to read.
The past of steel 2 (POS2) xml works as a pretty good guide.
