Ability to adjust resource besides PUs in edit mode

I am trying to test various thing on maps in an effort to maybe put them in my map. for example, currently i want to test tech in age of tribes map. I would rather not have to go through several turns in order to start purchasing techs.

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
