Question about kamikazes

On Global 1940 Second Edition, with Low Luck turned on, do Japanese kamikazes follow low luck? Or is it unchanged with or without Low Luck (the map option)? Thank you!

Yes, Japanese kamikazes follow low luck rules. The kamikazes token attacks at 2. To guarantee a hit 3 resources would need to be used, and there would be no dice roles.
