      Right arm. I did it in test and the reich won with a lone Pnzr left lol So I guess the Bmbrs will go first after all. Although Keep the Hvys till the Inf all gone except the badass dude.

      Couple ways to do it. In full edit or edit the LM and Ftr hits before ending ncm. Ftr hits can be removed but the amphib guys can't. Have to undo there move or fight in edit and kill them 1st rd and not count any hits they get.

      I think it will be easier to adjust now and fight it normally. So, I'll set us up with the dice roller and make any adjustments, then turn it back over to you.

      It looks as if the 4 LCVs have all Inf and I'm gonna scramble the French Ftr. Any LM hits will ignore the LCVs obviously and take Trprt Inf as kills.

        @beelee I don't think the LM's hit because they are unarmed - or am I not understanding something ..... again

            The LMs you can arm same turn you buy them if it's where they are bought. I'll dbl check that real quick

              I just undid the 8 Inf that went with the LCVs and moved 6 back as it was easier. Also easier to kill the Ftrs start of battle instead of undoing there move.

              So, you'll need to be carefull. Don't take the Air Trprt as a hit and only take 5 FlakTT hits. Leave the last one.

              I forgot to kill the 2 LMs, we can do that unless you win 🙂 then it won't matter.

                  @beelee So I was so sure that I would lose that I didn't pay attention to details in case I did win. So I did not send destroyer to SZ 104 to block and I did not switch out the boxes for 2nd Panzer Army in Poland. I did the Sea Lion first in local by accident. Your Flak Tower killed two fighters (so that was an issue but ultimately I won with one tank surviving along with the Heavy Bombers and Luftwaffe Aces. Then I rolled again in PBF with the results that I posted. But you still win the war because I did not send the destroyer to block along with screwing up the Poland fight.

                  Honestly you deserved to win and it was a good reminder of how dangerous the Sea Lion gambit is throughout a game. Also this game had two situations where the Battle Calculator was misleading. This Sea Lion fight and the SZ 91 "stalemate" where my U-Boats knocked out the Yankee fleet. I also got taught a lesson in how Soviet Union can utilize the Fascist bonus with Italian Africa territories.

                  So ultimately for me, this was a great learner game as I am still on the learning curve for using Triple A. It also was a bit of a confidence boost for me since this game went better for me than the first game where you blew out me and Pizza. Anyway congrats sir.                     Congratulations. Well fought and Fun game 🙂 I think you still were in a good position on E Front. You had a 20 hp advantage. Woulda forced me back to moscow if you pushed into Belarus in Force.

                    Moscow woulda held but then we'd be trading TTys deeper into the soviet union and Finland woulda been liberated eventually.

                    Had the yanks corked off in the Atlantic. Nippon was giving plenty of trouble in the Pacific. Still anybody's game at that point imo.

                    Anyway, it didn't matter 🙂 I'll need to keep that in mind in the future 🙂

                    Yea the battle calc not perfect. It has trouble with some bonus stuff I think. Also, you need to remove non hps like landmines and Air Trprt from the calc.

                    Doing that gave you a 75% chance to win. If I had added the two Ftrs it'd been 49.5% before any Flak hits.

                    After Flak hits and without the two yank Ftrs it showed 40% win rate. So not an enormous upset.

                      @beelee Thanks! First time I won with a strategy that was spawned out of desperation. I knew that chances for victory were greater than say 5% but still surprised with how this game turned out. I can do the Game Report but will take me awhile due to schedule but also because I need to learn how to post the screen shots as many on the A&A HRE forum don't use Triple A. Should be an interesting game to post since it had such a wild ending.

                      We can start another one whenever you are ready for it. Doesn't matter to me which side to play. I am still learning alot of new tricks whether Axis or Allies.

                        yea no need to go to big on the report. I always do 🙂 I'd try and use The Captain's as a guide.

                        Don't worry too much about pictures. There is a small < > upper right where you can go full screen. Select a certain area you can tune out the History or just bomb the entire screen in.

                        I usually zoom out to get a bigger picture. The save game has all the info but most won't want to fire it up unless they're real interested.

                        Anyway, be a couple days probably. Need to fix a couple things and update the Notes again.
