Handling LOADING / REPAIRING ( 2 different systems now...)

hej everybody: I might have missed an old discussion on this topic,
what is strange for me is that loading units has 2 different systems: the sea and air transport have the popup screen and the train & truck have the multi select and drag way..... could there be a way to choose for 1 system at gamestart? ( like many other game options)
I find using the 2 ways together not so consistent..Somehow also with repairing: after strategic bombing there is a popup... asking if you want to spend PU's on repairing... and for many other units as far as I can see there is an autorepair...
Personally I prefer a POPUP -system .....makes it more of a choice to repair to spend PU's .... (but yes I realize there are many opinions on any topic here )So is any of this possible asks a person who lacks the deep programming skills so feels free to ask dumb questions, haha....
