[Open/Need More Info] Not given option to intercept strategic bombing of IC

Playing against the AI. I have 10 fighters in Moscow with an undamaged airfield. Two turns in a row I have been strat bombed without an option to intercept. Am playing version 1.9.0.0.13066, G40 2nd edition map.

@navymule Can you attach your save game? You can also load it up with all human players and do the same strat bomb as the AI to see if it prompts you in that case. Whether the AI or human player makes the bombing attack shouldn't matter.
