I like how playing with Dice polarizes. If 2-3 battles in one area swing strongly in one direction, your job is to adapt. Like chess vs soccer, if that's a good comparison.

@Nothingtoseehere alright here we go. A few questionable decision. Spec-Warfare instead of the more solid Logistics. Preparing Sweden (no need to play hide-and-seek on that, pretty sure you noticed already) instead of full-force Leningrad. Second Facility on the Eastern Front laid back, usually it's placed more aggressively than in W-Ukraine. Not placing the free Vichy Material (I think it's not lost, I can still place it next turn)
