Small balanced 4 player teams doesn't have victory conditions. I played the team version, and i think that 9 victory cities would probably be a good victory condition.
I can probably figure out how to do it, but can the map get updated? If I find maps like that as i play, is there anything to do besides maybe making a post here?

Is this a map not available in the TripleA repository? If so, I believe @RogerCooper often takes care of such problems (or he may let you know how you can do it, in case).

@Cernel I don't think it is in the repository. I got it from the wiki anyway.
