Oztea 1942 needs to add "Original Owners" for territories

was playing as USA in Oztea 1942, landed units in Russia to try to help retake territories, but terrible border-gore resulted. It needs an update

Can you post a screen shot and/or save game of what you mean, and a description of what is supposed to happen? I have never played that map, so i don't know the intended behavior myself.

@JOSEPH-PRINCE I'll go through them. What exactly happened ? Border-gore may be a desirable outcome for a map option lol

I think i got em all. Uninstall and reinstall and you should be good to go. I added a notification at game start with version and date as I didn't do a yaml PR.I must of spaced it's own thread so we'll just make this it for the future
