Germany uses the non-aggression agreement to their advantage sending extra infantry to Finland right through the eyes of the Russian Baltic Fleet.
There are rumors that the Fuhrer is planning to declare war on the Russians before round 4 and make the first strike! Will the Russians retreat inland and mass their armies? Or will they stay scattered on the borders facing overwhelming numbers? The Russian army in the Baltic States will be outnumbered if the Germans attack the next round from Poland.

With the main infantry force attacking Novgorod with the support of Vyborg.Ukraine will fall next round unless the Russians retreat to Volgograd. If the Russians start recruiting massive infantry in Moscow they can should out a couple more rounds because the German infantry has to move slowly to push the frontline.

The Italians Conquer South Africa!
The Italians use their sea transports in the Harbor of Egypt to load infantry and artillery from Anglo-Egyptian Sudan to conquer the undefended factories in South Africa.
Persia is also taken after heavy resistance, the British forces in Eastern Persia did not join the defenders, so the Italians did not have to use all their tanks, so one regiment was sent up North to conquer the Caucasus. With the Caucasus now under Axis control they receive a Bonus of 5 PU.
