How does "roll" work in Support Attachment

I was hoping it'd give an extra roll but that doesn't seem to be the case. Actually, it doesn't seem to do anything.

Anyone know how this works ? Or if you can give an extra roll in support ?

'roll' should be adding the bonus value to the dice while 'strength' adds the value to the unit.

"dice=roll" will add the "bonus" to the "attackRoll" or "defenseRoll" value of the unit.

"dice=strength" will add the "bonus" to the "attack" or "defense" value of the unit.

So you should be getting an extra roll.
