World War II v3 1941 Balanced Mod Tech Issue

I've been playing this mod with tech enabled and it has all been working fine until the Soviets successfully rolled Improved artillery. All the other techs have been activating, but for some reason Improved Artillery hasn't. I've attached some pictures.
Does anyone know a work around I can use, and ideally would anyone able to fix this? I'm new to TripleA so I don't know whether I should be posting this here or whether it's actually a bug for Github... is the tech separate to the map mod?

I am guessing that this is with 2.6+/2.7+. WWII v3 '41 Bal Mod uses built in technology. Viewing the screen shot show that Russian has Imp Art but the 'Unit Help' window or hoovering over the unit in question does not shows the tech applied. This is a display problem, as testing showed that the artillery will support 2 units during an attack. When testing using 2.5+ technologies were updated in the 'Unit Help' and unit 'tool tip'.
This will need a regressive bug report to fix the display problem. Still the unit functions as it should during play.

Good to know, I haven't had a chance to play much since noticing the bug so I hadn't actually tested it out. Yes it's just the standard mod download. Happy that it still works and can continue the game. Is there anything I need to do to help to report it further?

Problem is not with the mod, as it works as it should in 2.5+, as all tech show up in the "Unit Help" window, and the unit "Tool Tip". But in 2.6+/2.7+ the tech info does not show in the display/tip. So, this is a problem with the new release that would need to be reported.
