yea the Ftrs are considered Neutral still, so no place to land. I will fix this for next update.

Hi crockett. Your Army and Corps formed correctly. The only problem is you have one extra dude in the Corps.
Also, you will need to change POL back to German control. The latest update has fixed it so it won't happen in the future.
We'll do the at thingy @VictoryFirst in case he didn't see this. It should notify him regardless though
