Can't really do much about the U-boats. Your move last turn was good with the blocker though. So if you move a blocker in NCM to 112 then the U-boats can come out of there Pen, but they would then have to stay in 112 is my read of it.
I will ask the Captain for clarity.
Also, you can only have one Elite per TTy. Would you like the Samara one in Tambov ?

So The Captain said the U-boats would not be blocked, as even though they start inside the Pens, they are considered to be in 112 SZ. -

Yeah, I'm still asking about the math with the uboats. I just don't know how to calculate that I am safe against a combined air/sea attack. You must see how frustrating that is.

Yea, they are pretty invincible. The blocker still provides some value, as it must be cleared before they can get back into there Pens, even though they can move out on the attack.

As far as calculating, switch them to German Type XXIs and remove the Changer blue bow ones in the Battle Calc -
