Editing Without Changing XML

triplea will let you "Leave Game" after you have made changes to the "map" and restart game.
Do Not Do This
Exit triplea after any map change or you may end up with a java out of memory error.
Always exit triplea after any map change and restart.

@beelee I've got this several times with EXP too... it usually happens when I do multiple test turns or mess up my real turn and have to restart couple of times. So I just quit the game entirely and restart.
