Question on submarines in Great War

Do destroyers block movement of submarines in Great War or can they move through enemy fleets that contain destroyers. The game engine allows this, but I'm wondering if it's a bug. Thanks for your help.

@taveston I'm 95% sure subs are allowed to move through enemy fleets that contain destroyers. Destroyers aren't true ww2 destroyers in Great War so don't have the isDestroyer attribute like most ww2 maps do.
