      yea go ahead. I hadn't looked that close at it yet. I remember crushing Victory in one of our early games when he did something similar. ๐Ÿ™‚

      He learned quickly and started kicking my ass fairly consistently ๐Ÿ™‚ although I did get him last time we played.

          For moving the Fctry you need 1 rail per TTy moved and can only move 2 max in one turn. So you need to adjust one of the units you moved by rail in order to move it as you used all 3.
