parts of this game still elude me,
that includes all of us
I've been playing Mines wrong for almost 5 years lol. I thought they defended only one direction but once the border is mined it defends in both directions.I just found that out today

I have to update the notes and clarify as the Captain's didn't make it seem that they did by my reading.
But I fckd up Pacific Island Bonus for close to 3 years too, so one is gonna have a little bit of that

@beelee Yea that makes sense. Thank you.
I can easily correct those things now

Since I cannot place 4 unarmed LMs I removed 1 mine and added 1 PU
So Italy placed 3 unarmed LM
What is the situation with the 6 Naval Mines? How many of those can I purchase there in Southern Italy ?
-
@trout Again my apologies that I posted that practice game.
As far as I can tell everything in Italy is fixed except for buying 6 naval mines - I'm not sure how many I can buy but I posted the latest save
-
only 3 NMs a turn for Italy. Same as LMs unless you upgrade the Fctry to 4. Then 4.
Also if you have a damaged Fctry you can only place as many as the damaged Fctry can regular units.
4 Damage on a Fctry that can place 10, means it can only place 6. That means you can only place 6 LM and/or NMs then.

@beelee Gosh I am sorry that I am so dense but I think I am twisting the rules in my brain.
So just to be clear: Are LM and NM treated differently or is the TOTAL NUMBER of mines just the size of the factory?
In this case 3 mines total? OR 3 LM and 3 NM ?
-
3 each
Edit
Italy could buy 3 Inf 3 LMs 3 NMs all in the same turn and place them all in S Italy. If they have enough dough

This also includes Rockets for G and R
-
So this should be the final fix : one Factory Upgrade for $2, 4 Naval Mines and 4 Land Mines.
Sorry for the difficulty this turn - all I wanted was to buy some inf and leave Africa lol
