      It's easy to do. Yea Mac and triplea have had problems from the get go.

      Yea that qualifies. So, the easiest way is to purchase and then place the Takeover Token for Italy. It will then auto change most stuff.

      Idk how much combat took place. But you can redo the turn and edit the combat results and place the Token or edit all the takeover stuff.

      It's a little confusing but after you do it a few times it works pretty smooth. The biggest is getting the income correct, especially if there is Blockade/Convoy damage that has to be rolled for.

      Gotta do that by hand but that is not the case here.

        Maybe I don't know the naval mines rules as much as I thought.

        Can you take a look at the purchase for Italy and tell me what makes sense :

        says: A maximum of 3 Naval Mines can be loaded onto
        an Escort

        Previously in Japan I was loading only 1 naval mine per escort ! I had that wrong ?

        In particular I am wondering why the game let me place all the mines except 3 land mines? @Trout said that I could go ahead and just consider that I spent $2 to make that south Italy factory larger but I will deal with it next turn as Germany - or as Italy if I have the wrong.

        So some reason parts of this game still elude me, lol. And I have to remember that places that start with a factory are different than places that do not start with one

          yea so Mines are, as you can see, somewhat labor intensive with triplea. For starters, you can only buy as many as your Fctry can produce of regular Units.

          So Italy can only produce 3 per turn, 4 if they upgraded. They can do that for NMs and LMs both so 3 a piece with starting Fctry plus any other builds

                Since I cannot place 4 unarmed LMs I removed 1 mine and added 1 PU

                So Italy placed 3 unarmed LM

                What is the situation with the 6 Naval Mines? How many of those can I purchase there in Southern Italy ?

                  As far as I can tell everything in Italy is fixed except for buying 6 naval mines - I'm not sure how many I can buy but I posted the latest save

                    only 3 NMs a turn for Italy. Same as LMs unless you upgrade the Fctry to 4. Then 4.

                    Also if you have a damaged Fctry you can only place as many as the damaged Fctry can regular units.

                    4 Damage on a Fctry that can place 10, means it can only place 6. That means you can only place 6 LM and/or NMs then.

                      @beelee Gosh I am sorry that I am so dense but I think I am twisting the rules in my brain.

                      So just to be clear: Are LM and NM treated differently or is the TOTAL NUMBER of mines just the size of the factory?

                      In this case 3 mines total? OR 3 LM and 3 NM ?

                          So this should be the final fix : one Factory Upgrade for $2, 4 Naval Mines and 4 Land Mines.

                          Sorry for the difficulty this turn - all I wanted was to buy some inf and leave Africa lol

                              @johnnycat Hey JC. Will send in my Croc Dundee turn tonight. It’s going to be the same as what I did previously. I am still depressed about blowing up 22 IPC’s of stuff and spending 4 doing it- then you just nonchalantly smile and go the other way 😞

                                  Regarding Egypt, maybe take solace in the observation that the fireworks show confirmed my decision to go East. Had you not, I might have decided to get those Pyramids packed up for the mighty Fuhrer for his birthday present.

                                      yea the Takeover has to be placed 2nd Place Phase of Italian Turn or it won't work. That's why I told Cat he could redo his turn and edit any Combat or edit the Takeover.

                                      Actually probably easier to redo the turn and edit the Combat and NCMs but Idk. I haven't looked at it.

                                      I can do it for you guys later tonight if you want or aren't quite sure about how to go about it.
