      Stalingrad - scramble both fighters, OOL is essentially max defense keeping fighters last and AT second last as long as russian mech/tank still alive

                          @wirkey Eh taking out those USA transports isn't that big of a deal. Bigger problem is losing Stalingrad so early. Things aren't looking too good for the Russians.
