Anyone else notice that the computer on "Hard AI" does not buy anything ? I have removed TripleA and the maps and re-installed etc etc and it still happens?

Is this the norm for that game ?

@otthawk1 There is lot of stuff to confuse the AI in that scenario, especially the system of upgrading recruits.
