Ladder Rules

On the old Ladder website there was a 'ladder-rules' section included, containing e.g. the common bid amounts for different game types (low luck vs regular dice, 41 - 42 maps, ...). Is it still available somewhere?

The other ladders were closed due to inactivity. We could start new ones if there is enough interest.
