Unit costs of World at War

I have doubts that these unit costs are appropriate. Should infantry cost really be 2 although in almost all of other wwii maps their cost is 3 and cheap infantry just cause ww1 style division spawns.
For example in Dom 1914 conscripts have the same cost but with much inferior stats like 0/1/1 but they are still one of the most useful units isn't it just prove that how ridiciously strong infantry in WaW considering its cost?
also artillery is relatively expensive considering infantry cost. I think armour cost atleast shouldn't exceed twofulf of infantry cost but on the other hand making armour cost 4 makes useless armoured cars.
