New Player registration for TripleA ladder

Quite often when selecting "New Player" registration for TripleA ladder the text is, "User registration is currently not allowed." Is that really necessary? Is there not a way to make it possible to register at all times?

@KJRNorway Yes there is BUT since I am the only one administrating the ladder and I want players to register here at the forum and not directly on the ladder. This is the way it is! The ladder database is completely separate from triplea on a Word Press program. It will never be open to the general public other than read only. Eventually TripleA will have it's own ladder incorporated into the engine and the current temporary ladder will be closed.
