Do I have do change my Windows Defender to play Online?

@Panther Thanks for responding. I'm having problems playing online. When I join a game and pick Axis or Allies, the host does begin to play?

@Anders if you make it to the lobby you made it past "windows defender". all spots need to be selected for a game to start, some games dont have AI so you need to take all the factions or get an opponent.
