@ubernaut @beelee as a thank you and after speaking with several of you, I'm asking my audience if anyone would like to help TripleA out as a developer. Special thanks to @ubernaut
The plug is at the 4 min mark. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=negG0W-VJ3A
Talking about your video, that is a weird way to put the matter.
If I would know nothing (like I guess almost every viewer), I would get the (maybe exciting) notion that somebody has recently worked to create that map, and that the map is currently under development.
Actually, that map existed and was available (albeit never offered for download by TripleA) at that exact state since about 8 (!) years now. And in all these 8 years I think no progress at all on it has been made (unless I've missed something).
I also believe there has been very little (or none at all) progress of which I know in adding the related rules to what the TripleA program can do, at least in the last 4 years.
If 1914 being available to play on TripleA is a "new", that is an 8 years old new... And I don't think anything substantial changed in that map from what was available 8 years ago or so, already.
I suggest you edit your video in order to say something on the line of "I've just discovered that many years ago this map has been made for TripleA". And, again, I believe that map has not been significantly developed in all these years (unless I'm missing something).
By the way, I never had anything to do with the making of this "1914" map: like anyone with an internet connection could have had, I've been merely aware of its existence as developed and generally shared over the internet by others.

@RogerCooper getting the polygon error after uploading it. I never have really understood the fix for this. Something about "path". Naming all looks good and i don't know if that even matters anymore. Works unzipped.
@The_Good_Captain Roger kicked ass and it's available under experimental. Temporary problem. You'll need to unzip and move the folder directly to downloadedMaps. I'd delete the zip then too to keep from getting confused as 2 will show up.
Should be fixed soon

On a side note, I have a youtube channel with 400+ axis and allies players and am interested in pushing TripleA updates and announcements for you. Is there anyone I can talk to about that?
Beside the facebook page I mentioned, there is also the official TripleA YouTube channel:
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC5ZXClXcn6mHxpSTHA3eLZgIt contains little more than several tutorials which are partly severely outdated and, in my opinion, badly in need to be just deleted and functionally remade anew (preferably by a native English speaker).
That page, if anyone still has a way to access it at all (I wonder), would be the most logical site in YouTube were primarily to be pushing TripleA updates and announcements. Since nobody has managed it for seven years, maybe somebody could and would let you do so. Maybe @LaFayette has a way to give access to it or can get veqryn (the one who made that channel) to do so.
Having a dead yet official TripleA channel means having a channal that officially gives wrong information on TripleA as this information becomes more and more outdated overtime, of course.

I downloaded that file and copied it in my downloadedmaps folder
the game is then visibile and startablebut if I start
Do others have the same problem?
-
@cernel that would probably be a project too far for me at the moment but thank you very much for your consideration. I'm mostly just a player of Axis and Allies games that makes strategy videos from time to time.

@numetalfan yea, so for now, you need to unzip it and put that folder in the downloadedMaps for it to work and delete the zip or 2 will show up.
