Enhance Max Unit Purchase Logic to Cover Most Maps

When you buy more of a maxBuy unit it kills your whole purchase.
Obviously not a big issue but would be nice if it said you bought too many when you bought too many

@beelee This is dependent on the map. Some maps will prevent you from purchasing too many units if their purchase/place system is simple. But most maps this is fairly difficult to do.
