enemyOwnershipTerritories doesn't exist

I tried to add this option to an attachment but I get an error message that it doesn't exist. Is that correct? Why is there a directOwnershipTerritories and an alliedOwnershipTerritories, but not an enemyOwnershipTerritories? I need the latter to make my game function correctly.

You are correct, there is no "enemyOwnershipTerritories" because "alliedOwnershipTerritories" & "invert" will show that the territory is either "neutral" or "enemy" owned.
