Yea any extra rolls I would delete the last ones as needed. Same as if you need to count what hit's what. I think History does a good job of it though.

If you place 9 conscripts you can place 1 rocket, but if place 10 or more conscripts you cannot place anything else.

Ah I see they are both loaded on the destroyer for some reason lol. Probably something went wrong with the trigger to make DD transports or something. They were loaded onto a transport at first and now they switched to the DD
