R2.tsvg I edited the USA sub into the Midway Island SZ. I actually have an entire video about this J1 attack on Hawaii. The US sub is the most important piece of the three around Hawaii because if it survives a round of combat, subs can retreat from combat (even defending subs) and are no longer in the battle. They can retreat to any vacant SZ when on defense. I always chose the sub last and almost always move it to Midway to threaten the Japanese navy.

Thanks. I watched a couple of your Classic videos in the past but I've remembered very little of it, mostly because at the time I wasn't planning to play the version myself. The only things I remember are why the game is broken/how to balance it, and that Germany at some point should vacate East Poland and move into Ukraine
I am not going to watch your Classic videos anytime soon because I think that's like looking at the answer of a puzzle before even trying it yourself. So I am going to just play in a style of "trial & error", and see how long it takes for me to reach a decent level in a game I've never played before. I'd be happy to play as many Classic games as you want
