@victoryfirst the other techs dont matter in this board state - what I have to do now is determine if its better to chase heavy bombers with USA or just try to bury you with the current TUV and economy.

@victoryfirst and yes, generally you max build heavy bombers and begin to zero out the Russian then UK economies. The game can get weird and goes pretty quick now.
