QUESTION ABOUT RULES

Sorry but... are all the changes made tio 2.8 manual listed on page1 of this thread or do I have to check all overe 30 and more pages ?Advanced Logistic, 2.8 manual does not say I can land alpine or normal inf on air trasp but I can do it, where can I find the change about it in this thread ?
I am offering to add a page to the PDF of 2.8 listing all the changes if someone will be so kind to list all of them in a single post for me here
