Simultaneous PbF & PbEM

Did anyone ever try to do PbF and PbEM simultaneously as in play with another user and send the savegame to the forum and via email?
It should work to my knowledge, but in case nobody wants to do both things at the same time, the UI could be simplified to only allow for one thing at once. -
@RoiEX I don't think that really happens. Though you do have people convert from PBF to PBEM or vice versa. I'd be fine simplifying to only allow one or the other at a time.

@redrum Yeah, changing will still be possible, I'm just intending to do some sort of Tabbing mechanism, so you don't have to deal with the "disabled" thingy
