        I have another rules question. Better to bring it up before it's relevant 🙂

        It's about entering Allied territory. North-China and Chungking have fallen, so everybody can enter Chinese territory. Is this still valid if North-China or Chungking are liberated? And the same question for Russia?

        One could think of funny edge cases. Let's say, a paratrooper liberates Chungking, and the Airtransport wants to land in E-Szechuan, which is allowed when the attack is announced. Now after the combat phase, there is no landing spot next to Chungking any more. I guess the solution for that is, the allowance is revoked after the NCM. Or is it even never revoked? I should try what the engine does. The rules say something like "once Chung + N-China have fallen to Axis aggression all Allied are free to enter China". Sounds like you can enter for the remainder of the game.

          @Gully Yes, my understanding is its a one way trigger. Once the designated territories fall, the other Allied nations can enter for the rest of the game regardless if they are recaptured.

                            @redrum: I clicked through to Japans turn and it doesn't seem to be getting the free factory and Engineer that you're supposed to get after liberating the capital? What's up with that?

                              @Gully Yeah, I just did my tech roll and expected to see a factory and engineer either right before or after that.

                              @Hepps Are we missing something or is this a bug?

                                @redrum well you should get Factory and engineer. The rules say it's at the start of Japan's turn. Imo the engineer should even be able to attack. I guess you just edit it in.

                                  @Gully Ok. I'll go ahead and edit them in and yes I believe the combat engineer should be allowed to move and factory allowed to produce this turn. I posted the XML issue causing it not to give the units in the TWW thread as well.
