I can't see how to load up a forum picture / logo?

Maybe I needed a plus reputation as now I have an option to upload a picture but no matter what picture I upload when I hit the crop and save button I get an error message:

@bluelionman Don't worry, it was just a problem on my side. I messed something up when updating the forum software.
Should be fixed now

Hmm in this case it's a question of permissions.
"Regular Users" have a rather limited permission set, so this might be something you can discuss with the moderators here
