High CPU load during moving map

when I move the map around in TWW 3.0, a high CPU load is generated (up to 55%). I have 16 GB Ram and 8 core-CPU, but no dedicated graphic card. Is there any way to fix this? In past versions of TWW 3.0, scrolling the map was much faster.
