AA50 with Maintenance

I have created a mod for AA50-41 (WW2 v3) which adds maintenance costs. AA50-41-Maintenance. This mod makes extensive use of the Foreach feature to add important features with limited code.
Each player receives 15PU each turn of extra income and 1 techtoken. All units cost 1 per turn except factories, AAguns & transports have no per turn cost and Battleships cost 2 per turn. China gets random infantry. The US receives a bonus each turn equal to the turn#.
The AI plays this scenario reasonably.
I will post this to the repository eventually but for now you download it into your downloadedMaps folder.
