players being muted?

notice how at least 2 other players were muted at almost the same time i muted bernie sanders? is there a connection? they both said they didnt see the notification that they were muted, but both saw the message on how long the mute was for. notice rommel slaps me less then a minute after i muted sanders, the timing is weird.
