Request for new Blockade.png

I am having difficulty resizing the standard Blockade.png 43x43, attached.
Would some kind master of the bright graphic arts kindly resize to 32x32 and 24x24?
Also, if you are feeling creative how about creating a totally new Blockade.png that would be suitable for all periods? Sizes 43x43, 32x32 and 24x24.

I downloaded the Windows version of Pinta and it worked with a few clicks, impressive. It coped easily with the resizing of the image and the opacity of the blockade.png.
