@board-3659 well that wouldn't dl for me so I just threw your xml into steampunk advanced. It said it's missing "dreadnaught" for Germany. Is that what you get ?

@beelee well yeah but that's irrelevent since I have no dreadnought unit for germany. But does it have the Missing unit error for the maginot

@board-3659 all I got was the Dreadnaught for Germany but they go first so if theres others they won't show till Germany fixed. You don't get the Dreadnaught error ?

@beelee yeah i do but the Maginot error also shows when that part of the map loads (Northern Canada and New Guinea)

@board-3659 ok got it to run a full round no errors. What i did was DL steampunk advanced, added your 2nd edition xml and then added maginotN.png

and a hit one, used same image for now,

To martians and Nemo Pirates then I added a generic dreadnaught from veqryn, you'll need to color it or find a different one. I can send ya some more units later if you want

I think it might have changed the maginotN to a small n for some reason Idk. If you look above it has a small n next to all the numbers and stuff.

So double check the image spelling after you load them

I want to learn modding first so I can maybe try to ambitiously make a map from scratch called "Terra Insania"

@beelee oh um I havn't tested it. I will tomorrow (Homework). Anyway, "Terra Insania" is basically if I am drunk while making Earth and Venus and the countries that are in this alternate WWI (few stuff like IRL countries and fictional ones as well as new ones I create)

@beelee yeah though I already have unit concepts. I wonder if a 7-movement 1/1 (D 12 system) unit that cost 3 is OP. I think 6-12 being retreat is possible to implement though idk if triple A can do that

I didn't add it for Austria. Check spelling and make sure you only have the working copy in your downloadedMaps. Backup(s) should be in separate folders not in triplea.

Idk understand it but sometimes it'll keep looking for an older version of things. I'm using the 2.5 stable

I went to git https://github.com/triplea-maps/steampunk_advanced downloaded the zip, Green Button on the right.
Open the zip and remove the folder.
Rename it without the "-master" on it
Put your xml in and added the images for maginotN and dreadnaught.

Try that
