Is it possible to prevent specific land units to scramble to sea zone battles by setting the sea zones with the options in the title?
What happens if i want to transport those units by sea by transports? -
Just tested.
unitsNotAllowed doesnt prevent scramble at all. -
You will need to open up a bug report, so that scramble units do regular can move checks.
