I have taken a very big interest in this map (played it like 10 times in less than a week) and would like to see more discussion of it.

I don't like that one of Nemo Pirates VC is Panama because I think it's too far for them to get and hold, especially with Martians and US there. I think Singapore makes more sense anyways

Given the unusual features of the Nemo Pirates in terms of the unit abilities and placement restrictions, it is not a surprise that the AI has trouble figuring out what to do. The naval units are expensive for the Nemo Pirates.
Either the scenario needs to be rewritten to make it easier for the AI to play or a human must use the edit mode to give them a naval units.

I want to see what needs balancing in this game so I wonder if anyone is interested in playing?

I didn't see any game notes which explain things; having alot of new units and weird stuff happening without an explanation is bad. I prefer games to have useable in-game notes/instructions so I can figure them out. If there is such an explanation, it's somehow in a non-obvious place that I can't find.

@zlefin I can teach you and there is a manual if you unzip the game file and go to map and find the pdf. While there is some missing things (swampy couldn't add some stuff in the manual) the main things are there. Yeah, it should be in the notes, easier for newcomers than to look at a pdf.

OK not sure how other people are going to react but is it alright if I make the "Lore" for Steampunk Advance (Not changing what is already present, just expanding upon it).

So I played this Scenario 38 times. 4 times Central Powers, 4 times Entente, 13 times Martians, and 17 times Nemo Pirates.
I can safely say that when playing against AI, it favors the Allies mainly due to Austria being weak (though take that with a grain of salt) but I am getting ahead of myself. I am going to give my thought on every nation in this game every like 2 to 3 days (including this one) and basically discuss the units they have, the strategies I found, and other stuff I just can't explain because I am bad at phrasing things
