We are likely done and will be working on bots.
- the software upgrade had problems, we downgraded to old version that uses only an old DB. The data in that DB looks to have gone... existing user accounts will need to be recreated.
I think this means we will need to rush the updated lobby software, and will drop the old DB hard rather than trying to bridge user account data. That has not gone well, so I think the best we can do is to minimize how many people would have to recreate their account. Everyone would have to do that now, and then again when we get on a new database.

Going back to old DB introduces some new problems, we are really limping along here. https://github.com/triplea-game/triplea/issues/2342 to track this state and coordinate a longer term fix, likely a patch will be applied to not read from old DB at all, and we'll upgrade lobby software once more.
Most of the bots are connected again, it's good to rejoin the lobby now.
